svn version supports gpsim-0.21.11 (although I should probably test against
your 0.21.12 snapshot if you're releasing that soon).
As ktechlab 0.3 should be released soon (hopefully within a week), there's no
need to do anything with 0.2.
Still though, there's a minor thing you might be able to resolve - is there an
equivalent function in 0.21.11 to the load_symbol_file(Processor **, const
char *) in 0.21.4? The closest one I've found is
PicCodProgramFileType::LoadProgramFile(Processor **pProcessor, const char
*pFilename, FILE *pFile).

Do you also have the kdelibs-devel package installed?
Google can probably help much more than I can, as that error message seems
pretty common.
