I wouldn't know where to begin, quite frankly. I strongly suspect there 
is something else happening. If not, then this suggests that a stock FC3 
distro cannot build KDE apps. I find that hard to believe!

I'll send you the log when I get back to my development system. 
Meanwhile I'll try searching around for more for problems relating to 
FC3/KDE/Athlon64.
