I download the latest snapshot and build it under Windows
with MinGW/MSys. The bug is gone. Thanks for fixing it.
I think the results under Linux will be okay as well but
I am not with my Linux computer now.
With version 051013beta (previous snapshot version), the
section size of .config is 0. That is the cause of the bug.
With the latest snapshot version 051219beta, the section
size of .config is 14.
