I tried this with MPLAB 7.22 and it reports quite some differences
between MPLAB and xwisp2.cfg.
The output says that "For 117 PICs in xwisp2.cfg: 63 differences
with MPLAB .dev files!"
Most of them are the fusefixedzero, fusefixedone, device ID
and revision mask.
