I also have this type of problems on compiled gpsim, my SO
is Mandriva 2005 LE and I solve this problem seteando the
variable of environment GTK_CONFIG of this form:
[nestor@deselectronica ~] $ export GTK_CONFIG =/usr/bin
this is because I have pkg-config in/usr/bin/pkg-config
running again ./configure already it does not give me more mistakes.
