Hi Xiaofan

Just wanted to let you know, that I successfully managed to compile  
pikdev on Mac OS X some time ago. The only thing that needs Linux is  
pkp with its parallel port support. You can comment out the code and  
use it with serial programmers. Mac OS/Darwin is similar to FreeBSD,  
so I think it should work.
