Picp 0.6.8 beta 1 code is available at 
http://home.pacbell.net/theposts/picmicro/beta.

PIC device definitions are now in a picdev.cfg file read at runtime, rather 
than being compiled into picp. This makes it easier for users to add new pic 
devices.

The beta code should be tested more thoroughly, but lately I've been even 
more short on time than usual. I'd really appreciate it if some kind souls 
could bang on it and send me bug reports.
