If you want to make one by yourself, Wisp628A is a good choice. You
do need to get the 16F628A first. xwisp2 works across OS/2, Windows,
Linux, Mac OS X and FreeBSD. It also supports many PIC16F and 18F
parts. It will not support 10F and other base line PICs though.
