I have updated the patch to use 0xff for unimplemented bytes. By
unimplemented bits I assume they mean bits that aren't accounted for by
any particular directive, but MPASMWIN.EXE contains defaults on a per
byte basis, not a per directive basis, so while I can detect which bits
aren't accounted for and change the default, this would be fundementally
different from how MPASM works at this moment.
