By "install" I'm referring to the process of "make install". The make
install step will copy gpsim header files into a system include
directory (e.g. /usr/local/include/gpsim). When you attempted to build
the LCD module, the gpsim include files could not be found. This means
either gpsim was never "installed" *or* the path to those include files
is not part of the system include path.
When you built gpsim, did you install it too?
