This file is not packaged in the tar ball. Try CVS.

When you lift the veil of secrecy we'll be able to objectively determine
if mcuStudio has the potential to compete with MPLAB (or KtechLab or
etc.)! However, I still don't understand your reluctance to publish the
source now if you plan to publish it later. I'm probably the only person
who has offered any substantive support to your efforts, yet my offerings
have only been in the form of suggestions. No one can offer anything
significantly substantive until there's a little bit of substance to begin
with!
