This is a redesign of the pk2 v1.xx code with new features. The restructured
code will make it easier to add new capabilities and support new PIC devices
in the future.
Many thanks to the alpha testers for their invaluable help. There are still
some known bugs however, and no doubt some as yet unknown bugs. PIC18J device
support is planned but not yet supported in the beta version.
