Hi
If you want to program in C I would check out SDCC. I'm using it with
the 18F2550 and am very satisfied. SDCC you can get from http://
sdcc.sf.net . http://ubicomp.lancs.ac.uk/~martyn/sdcc_linux/ has some
info on getting started.
Further I suggest you crawl your way thru the data sheet and have a
look at the header files.
