 Go for Eagle- ports uder both Windows and Linux, totally cutomizable, gerber output for fab-houses, make yer own lib parts, lots of online support and users, forums, etc.

 Yer project can also be printed off if you are goign to try tpo make your own PCB's. The learning curve can be intimidating if you are going to try and figure it out without
readign the manual or tutorials like I did, but you will find that after you do your first schematic and layout it will all fall into place! g'luk jaydag71
