Alternatively, here is a design I did for a client a while ago using the
gEDA ( http://www.geda.seul.org/ ) suite for scematic capture and
PCB ( http://pcb.sourceforge.net/ ) for board layout. Programming was done
with Gnupic ( http://www.gnupic.org/) and the chip was flashed with a
Picstart+ under picp ( http://home.pacbell.net/theposts/picmicro/ ).
