As far as I know, there are no such thing exist yet. The ICD2 firmware
is not open so it will be very difficult to do this outside Microchip.

There is a version of ICD2 which uses PIC18F4550 to replace the
Cypress USB interface chip. But the main MCU is still 16F876. It seems
to be possible to use 16F876A as well.
