Not quite: the split is not at 0x80. Through the access bank, you get
memory from 0x00 to 0x5f and special registers from 0xf60 to 0xfff. You
can access most special registers there however, but it is not usable for
many CAN-related registers which are located between 0xf00 and 0xf5f.
