Since you know something about the COD format, did you see the
discussion between Robert and me under "Object File Bit
Relocation" (1/26/07)?  In a nutshell, I was wondering whether there
would be any technical complications to relocating bit indexes (eg.
"bsf my_reg, relocatable_index".  Do you have any idea on that?
