This has nothing to do with the plugin. The plugin just gives you
the ability to use gpasm/gplink within MPLAB. So you are not
dealing with interoperability between gputils and MPASM/MPLINK.

As for the interoperability between gputils and MPASM, the latest
version of gputils may already fix this but I have not used MPASM
and gputils for quite some time.
