Fixed. It'll be available in the next release (0.20.12). It turns out
the fix was relatively simple; the tris register needed to be
initialized to 0x3f at reset.

Unfortunately, I have no way of re-creating this. Perhaps if you send
me the source for gadget.cod, or at least something similar that
causes the failure.
