gputils-0.13.6 has finally been released!

It fixes several features that weren't quite what they should have been
in the 0.13.5 release, and adds several handy new features. I'll
reproduce the complete summary of new features.
- new processors supported: 18f2321, 18f2450, 18f2523, 18f4321,
18f4450, 18f45k20, 18f65j50, p18f66j60, p18f66j65, p18f67j60,
p18f86j60, p18f86j65, p18f87j60, p18f96j60, p18f96j65, and p18f97j60
- support new COFF format across all of gputils
- support CODE_PACK directive
- updated CONFIG directive definitions to match MPASM 5.20
- lots of bugs fixed
