You're right these #defines are strange. They come straight from the
latest MPASM headers, and MPASM has the same problems...

There are a *lot* of include files that have defines like that. I could
go ahead and fix the one you mentioned, but it will take hours to sort
through and fix them all, so it seems kind of pointless changing one of
them (it's not just a simple text replace because, for instance, TRISD
and TRISE don't always exist). It also doesn't really seem worth the
time it'll take to fix them all.

Is there some kind of case where you need to include the files twice,
or is it just a pet peeve? I often copy headers, lkr files, etc. into
my project dir and tweak them if they don't work right for me.

Opinions?
