Sorry about that, no offense intended.
You code is included in a sample Tony Kübek's that's on the piclist website.
Here's his comment from the top of the sample:

Your name is mentioned no where else. Maybe you can ask James Newton to pull
the sample? Note that I did at least include the macro's comment, although not
the copyright notice it does indicate it is your code and gives a hint to its
restricted use.
Do you have a pointer the original files?
