John,

There was a bug in the TMR0 peripheral code that allowed for greater than
0xff values in TMR0. That's been fixed for quite some time now. Could you
please try version 0.20.12 and see if that works?

If it still fails, then send me the .hex file (I don't need the pic
source) and I can look into it more closely.
