Erasmo has sent me a copy of the ebs_cc compiler - a modification of John
Favata's pic_cc (which was yet another modification of smallc). I put it
on the gnupic webpage: http://www.gnupic.org/ under the compilers.
I tried it out and it works! This is great for simple, quick, and dirty
projects. It doesn't generate the most efficient code, but unlike SDCC at
least it does generate code. Great job Erasmo!
