Neither am I. But if it is a peripheral type device and does not contain a
PIC inside of it, then we do not want to make this include file apart of
gpasm.

OTOH, we could add it to the "samples"/"examples" directories.

This kind of stuff may be more useful to distribute with SDCC (once it is
ready), especially since the include file appears to be a C file.
