| code converting to GPL. Once they do this, you cannot roll back
| their changes into the MPL/convert-to-GPL license. The GPL
| prohibits any changes to the license or adding any restrictions
| to the license. And adding their changes(that are licensed under
| the GPL) back into the code base converts the code base to GPL
| according to the license.
The Author of any work can license the code anyway they want to
whoever they want at the same time. If that means microwindows gets one
license and everyone else gets GPL for the same code, then that's
perfectly legal.
