: First, when I run "mterm", I can type in the window
: but there is no corresponding output. For example, I
: can type "ls" but nothing shows up. It says "Can't
: create pty /dev/ptyp0". Is this the problem? Does
: anybody know how to fix it?
Is there a /dev/ptyp0? If not, mknod it, and make
sure it your kernel supports pseudo ttys.
:
: Second, is there a way to change the color in mterm?
: For some reason, mterm has black background with green
: foreground. It is really hard to read. Is there a
: file like .Xdefaults for microwin? I tried .Xdefaults
: but it did not work. How to change the colors and
: make mterm look like the screen shot at
:
ftp://microwindows.censoft.com/pub/microwindows/ScreenShots/Microwindows-mterm.g
if
The colors are set in the microwin/src/demos/mwin/mterm.c
source code.
:
: Third, how to bind the functionality of the three
: mouse buttons? For example, how can I create
: pull-down menu when I press the left button while the
: cursor is at the desktop (not any existing window)?
This is a win32-style program, so you'll need to handle
the mouse action for the root window in
microwin/src/mwin/windefw.c, under the WM_LBUTTONDOWN
case.
