What values for startAngle and stop angle do you give to GrArcAngle()?
Like to draw a 90 degree angle.

I tried 0 and 90, i tried 0, (90*0.0174) for radians. All I get drawn
is a line that widens by 2 or pixels, or a full cirlce. Oh yea, radius
is 100

For fun and yucks I gave it 0 and 1000 and lo and behold an angle of
about 130 degrees was drawn.

So, if I want an angle 0f say, 45 degrees, what start and stop sngles do
I give it?

Plus, what are qsin/qcos. And HAVEFLOAT is defined as 1 in include file.
