I tried it with xsane and Plustek UT24 and gamma stuff works great!
It is especially easy to see looking at histograms of scans of negatives.
In 8 bit per color mode xsane uses 12 bit gamma input and 8 bit gamma
output.
I wonder why in 16 bit mode xsane still says it use 12/8 gamma
input/output.
Is gamma table always 12 bit wide, regardless of scanning mode?
Warmup started to work, too.
