Well, the key is simply the spec file, from which you build the .src.rpm
and the actual rpm.
The basic idea is to add in the install script to the correct place (the
%install section), and the file list to the right place (the %files)
section.
I'll mail you my .spec file for the RPM's I've been doing off-list, and
I'm sure you'll see more or less straight away what I mean from it.
