2.4.8-26mdk.  I assume it does have the support built in as it used to
work with Sane 1.0.6, although I had to modprobe it every time I
rebooted or suspended.  Interestingly, just recently this did not bring
the scanner back for some reason I have been unable to ascertain.  I
decided to reinstall the Sane, and went to 1.0.7 while I was at it.  Is
there a clue here to the problem?
