Today I tried to get iscan 1.3.0 working with uhci instead of usb-uhci, and
different kernel version, but I still had the same timeout problems.

I then tried plustek backend and got my scanner working with that. The
picture quality is pretty good, but I hope that I can get the iscan working
as well, since it should give the exact same quality as the windows drivers.

At the moment I am using kooka from kde3 cvs and sane-1.0.8.

BR, Sami
