I purchased my scanner (Optic Pro-4831P: SN:8a0320034) from Curry's in
october of last year. I began to experience problems (no communication) so I
deleted the scanner and tried re-installing it again. However I have
misplaced the CD rom and I cannot download from thew net as the instructions
are in German and it is virtually impossible to enter other plustek sites.
Would it be possible to send a copy of the CD so that I can re-install the
scanner as this is essential for my university coursework which is due in a
few weeks.
I hope you can help me and I await your early reply.
