Sorry, but i don´t speak english fluently.
I have a Scanner Plustek Optic-Pro 4831 P, needed the driver and i was looking in Internet, now i have the driver but i have a problem, when install the driver i need the serial number, my serial number is 4840279907, this number have 10 digist, but the driver need 12 digits, i can´t install the driver, Can you help me?
Please answer my question, i need urgent my scanner.
