Hello,

I guess I will have to use english language in this mailinglist, so
please pardon me, for my bad english.

Here my questions:
I installed my scanner as in the man-page written.

There is only one thing, that should be solved at least:

to use the scanner I will always have to load the module
by modprobe.
What will I have to do to add the driver on system-boot
automatically?
I have a SuSE 8.0
When trying to add the scanner with Yast2, Yast changes the
plustek.conf and removes the modified lines.
After all I will have to do all the entries new :-(

Have you got any hint for me.

btw the scanned image have always to be adjusted extremely:
too dark, too much yellow.

Has anybody fixed this already in plustek.conf and would kindly
post his adjustment?

TIA
