This does apply to all plustek_modules users, because I added this
definiton in the backend code, but this code is not in the current
1.0.3 distribution. So when somebody downloads sane1.0.3 and
the plustek_modules tar-ball, the plustek driver refuses to compile.
If you download the pluste_sane tar-ball you have the new backend
code and the driver code and everything works fine.
