Hello again.
Some of my problems has been resolved.
First - depmod and unresolved symbols. Rebuilding kernel and pt_drv helped -
now pt_drv, modprobr nor depmod do not complain.
Also - I can scan images now - (x)scanimage works.
But I am not satisfied... Why?
Well - it's really strange.. i have Plustek 12000T connected to parport0 AND a
printer (lexmark 3200 - thanks to a few people it is not useless on linux
now!!!) connected to the scanner. But I have found that the printer is not so
important...
When I connect a cable (scanner<->printer) the driver says that resources are
busy and does not load!!!!!! I even do not connect printer to the other end of
the cable!!! (in fact it does not matter - the problenm persist when I connect
printer, turn it on or off). When I disconnect the cable, unload parport_pc and
again load it - everything works.
So - could you please tell me what to do? I don't rather like
connecting/disconnecting cables every time I want to print/scan...
