Sadly, I have very little information about this scanner. I will try and retrieve the destruction booklet from the previous owner if he still has it.
I hve looked for a web site but not found it. The info available on the scanner itself states:
FCC ID: KZRFBA3400P
Made in Taiwan, R.O.C.
File No: E147395 FBA4300P
It was from the FCC ID that I found out that it was a Plustek scanner...
I will let you know more if I get hold of the original documation.
