Hi Forrest,

have a look at the download page, there you will find
a table which shows which modules to download according
to the SANE-package. AFAIK Mandrake 7.2 delivers SANE-1.0.3,
so you have to download the plustek-module-0.36-37.tgz.
This one includes only the driver code and the plustek-share.h
file which is needed to compile the driver. Simply unpack
the tarball, then dive into the newly created backend directory
and so on (the steps for installation are the same like before).
You won't need the other SANE stuff...
