Hi!
Since I've configured all my stuff, I am testing it all time :-)
I put below some results of these tests:
- when scanning with resolution higher than 200dpi my scanner works very
slowly, and scanning with 1200dpi is just imposible, or I would have to
leave it for a night to scan one a4 page. I know, that is large file, but
in Windows it was faster. Unfortunately I don't have any MSshit on hd, so
i can't check precisely the difference, but it is visible.
- also I was suprised when I tried to scan in gray with 200dpi.
Scanner worked properly until it has reached end of the selected scan area
and it has just stopped, and gimp&scanimage was not responding for any
calls. Fortunately after reloading pt_drv scanner get back to work, but
with the same options it hangs every time. I haven't been seeking for
any more "strange settings".

That is all, and I hope you understand something :-) I don't suspect you
will help me, let's threat is as another debug report.

Some technicals:
Plustek 9639T, Pentium233MMX, Linux RedHat 7.0, Kernel 2.4.3 with parport
and parport_pc compiled as modules, and there is a printer connected to
scanner, sane 1.0.3, driver capable to sane version (i don't remember).
