Quite strange this problem...
I've currently tried to compile the driver on a 2.4.4 kernel and this
works perfect. Sorry if this is too obvious, but is the link
/usr/src/linux correctly set to this 2.4.3-20mdk kernel?
I've currently donwloaded the mandrake kernel sources
(kernel-source-2.4.3-20mdk.i586.rpm), updated my link
/usr/src/linux to these sources and compiled the driver
module - no problems...
