Dear Plustek,
           I tried calling the office in Livermore Ca. with this phone number 925-453-8888, and I can't get through
because the office is no longer there. I tried emailing Plustek Company at ####@####.#### address found on the web. and the email came back to me as address not found. I'm hoping you can help me on the problem I'm having with my Plustek Scanner model # OpticPro 12000T. Can you supply me with phone numbers or email's Tech support where I can get help?
