This is the Linux driver support list and does
not have any official connection (that I am
aware of) with the Plustek corporation.

That being said, I have run across the same
problems and wouldn't mind knowing if there
is any way to contact Plustek (other than
the possibility of tech phone support for a
fee), preferably e-mail as mentioned on their
site (which has not worked for a year or more).
