Hi,
can you please enable the debug output of the driver:
- go to directory plustek_driver
- find the entry DEBUG=y in the Makefile
- uncomment this entry by removing the #
- recompile an reinstall the driver
- load it and try to use xscanimage
- send me the output of dmesg
