Dear Sirs,
My name is Sandro Lemos Machado and I am trying to install the Plustek
Driver together with Sane. Following the Howto proposed, when I type
“make -f Makefile load” the message “no dependencies were found to
pr_drv”. So, I inserted the module with insmod and compiled the Sane.
Now, when I try to get the scanner, the following menssage appears:
“can't open /dev/pt_drv as a drive” “attach: open failure: Error during
device I/O.
One interesting thing is that the scanner ligth turns on as the same
time as the computer.
What I can do?
