Hi list,
I've currently put the version 0.40-14 to the homepage.
Please parport-users, test the plustek-module, especially those
of you who had problems with the OpticPro 9630 or similar devices.
Also troubles with "tainted kernels" and the 2.4.17 should be fixed...
The are no new features inside - if you scanner works, there's
no need to upgrade!
Anyway any comment on the new version is welcome...
It is also the first official version which includes USB and Parallelport
support.
USB:
This version includes the latest stuff from Henning Meier-Geinitz
(Mustek BearPaw devices) and some minor fixes according to the
support of 1200x2400dpi devices (OpticPro UT24).
