Newer kernel and glibc versions force the user to get the
header files via the lib/modules path. If you use the old-style path
/usr/src/linux, the preprocessor complains about this -> see your mail.
The makefile of the module in general tries to find the path
/lib/modules/'uname -r'/build/include
If this exists, it'll be used, else the old style path will be used and then
you ran into trouble.
I suggest you check the path
/lib/modules/2.4.3/build/include
