From time to time I have a look at your plustek site, hoping that your
admirable job will be one day useful to me, as I have an UT12 connected to my
Linux system, but when I follow the advice to do a
cat /proc/bus/usb/devices ,

I am using Mandrake 8.1 and wonder whether the result in the vendor line is
due to the system or to me having an UT12 that is far from being supported.
If the latter is the case, do you know by any chance whether an upgrade is
feasible?
