Hi all:

I want to install gpsim-0.20.11 on an 486 RedHat 6.0
box, without x-windows and very little disk space. I'm
root, but i want to install it like a not-priveleged
user.

Because this, i decide use --disable-gui and --prefix
options (last to a personal directory under /home),
but when make install is executed,

/usr/bin/install:
/home/programas/gpsim//lib/libgpsimcli.la: No space
left on device
make[2]:***[install-libLTLIBRARIES]Error 1

and exit without install .

Can someone help me, i want no gui support, but i want
more that gpsim run?

I'm afraid you need more disk space.

Hi,

I had a similar problem, so I compiled
gpsim version 0.20.14 without gui and
completely static linked on a big box and
then copied to my poor old `486.

I could send you this binary.
gzip'ed size is 908690 bytes.
You only need the additional includes (and manual...)

Regards,
Toby
